THINGS WE DO AND DON’T DO

WE DO:

 - Assess fully all work bearing in mind Health & Safety, Risk Management, Hazards and  Public Safety.

 - Have current valid insurance policies covering Public Liability & Other Risks also Contract Works totaling over $2,000,000.

- Plan, price, quote and carry out all work as best we can.

 - Employ our own tradesmen.

 - Get lots of calls from architects and builders for consultation.

  - Manage to be successful in being awarded most of the work we quote for.

 - Stunning, beautiful and unique work when the client is looking for something out of the ordinary.

 - Like going on holiday, eating pizza, watching golf and doing a good job.

 - Offer a free quote but only if you are nice and friendly when you ask.

 

WE DON’T:

 - Subcontract most of our work.

 - Leave a job unfinished in order to move to another.

 - Swear too often whilst at work.

 - Quote for work where the prospective client wants a cheap price by cutting corners, safety and quality.

 - Spend vast sums on advertising as almost all our work comes by recommendation from previous clients or people who have seen examples of our work.

 - Constantly ask to increase the quoted price just because we did not do our homework in assessing the job in the first place.

 - Include photos of work that we have not done ourselves.

 -  Ask any of our competitors how to plan and quote for particular jobs.
