Established in 1997, Scottish Stone Walls has delivered residential, commercial and public stonework throughout New Zealand. Based in Matakana, the company has built a strong body of work ranging from private landscapes and architectural features to large-scale and heritage projects, including extensive conservation work on Auckland’s heritage walls and parks.
Scottish Stone Walls is a PREQUAL contractor for Auckland Council, with extensive experience across public and civic projects.
About Colin Christie
Director Colin Christie learned the ancient craft of dry stone walling in Lairg, Sutherland, in the Highlands of Scotland. That grounding in traditional technique has shaped more than three decades of work in New Zealand, combining practical experience with a deep understanding of stone, structure and landscape.
